This guide instructs how to upgrade H-Sphere Windows software to version 2.3.1 which is compatible with H-Sphere 2.3 RCx and Final.

Requirements:

• Make sure you have got H-Sphere Windows software installed.
  * If you haven't got H-Sphere software installed yet, follow the instructions at: www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation/sysadmin/winbox-install.html
• Make sure your H-Sphere Windows module is upgraded to version 2.2:
  Open file Conf.inc in a text editor, it should contain the //////PHPbb///// parameter.
  If it doesn't, your H-Sphere Windows module is older than 2.2. In this case you'll first need to update your H-Sphere Windows module to version 2.2.

Upgrade:

1. Download H-Sphere Windows module 2.3.1 update at:
   http://www.psoft.net/shiv/WinBox/HSInst231.exe
2. Run the file you have downloaded (HSInst231.exe).
3. Inform support@psoft.net about the upgrade. This is required so you can get appropriate support from psoft.
