The software is licensed at $4.50 per account ONE TIME FEE.
There is an initial $95 setup fee to cover installation of the software.
The setup fee is non refundable. The software can be purchased in
packs of 100 accounts. For a limited
time we are offering full H-Sphere licenses at the very low price
of $3.50 per account - standard licenses - yours to keep
Account can be defined as an instance of the plan. Once a user signs
up for the plan, a new account is created. One account regardless
of its type (admin, reseller, user), requires one license. Once
an account is deleted, the license gets released and can be taken
by new accounts.

You may purchase HSphere licenses in multiples of 100 by contacting us. We operate 24 hours per day to support our worldwide client base.
We accept payment via all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, cheque and wire/bank transfer. A 30 day credit account may be available subject to status.

Support and upgrade policies
Annual support & upgrade policy is available for 20% of the
total license fee. This fee covers free technical support coverage
& free upgrades for a year.
Additional technical support
- 7x19 Priority Support can be purchased
at $300/month (3 months minimum) for up to 4 servers, $50 for
each additional server. Now our support staff are available every
day from 4am to 11pm EST on weekdays and from 4am to 4 pm EST
on weekends to solve any critical problems that you might encounter.
Under the priority support plan we will be also monitoring the
state of the system, and recover from any critical errors. We
will remotely connect to your system based on your permissions
or notify one of your sysadmins.
- Per Incident Support can be purchased at the price of
$75 per incident. Our staff will remotely connect to your system
to solve any problem you might encounter.
We highly recommend our Priority Support Plan. Under this plan we will
monitor your system, and you will be eligible for up to 5 incidents, 3 new
server configurations, 1 Server Migration and 1 change of IP per month.
