You can change H-Sphere IPs by yourself according to the IP migration manual.

Alternatively, you can request IP migration by our support team. A one server migration costs US$55, a more complex migration costs US$110. Migration services are free for priority customers.

To request an IP migration, please send us the following data to support@psoft.net:

1. H-Sphere License Key
2. The IP migration list in plain text format:
   IP_OLD1 IP_NEW1
   IP_OLD2 IP_NEW2
   ...etc.
   for each IP which should be changed (including resellers and resellers DNS IPs). The IPs must be accessible from the Internet and the control panel server.
3. The new IP and netmask to be installed as the main server IP. You will need to change to this new IP address before we begin the migration.
4. Preferred migration time. The migration will cause H-Sphere CP down time that depends on the number of accounts and domains in the system and the number of IPs you change. This must be not earlier than in 48 hours after submitting the migration request. Migrations are not performed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. It is also highly advisable that you stay available during the migration process.
